Eatinerary: Homemade croûtons

I love croûtons. I used to plenty of them at Pizza Hut’s salad bar. So I was making a salad as a companion to my baked salmon,  and decided to make some.

Please adjust the measurement according to how much bread you’ll be using.

  • Bread, I use white bread
  • Italian seasoning,
  • Garlic, minced,
  • Salt,
  • Pepper,
  • Butter,
  • Olive oil,

Melt the butter, let it cool down, and add in olive oil. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and salt and mix them well. Cut the bread to pieces, and put in a baking pan, and season it with the mix we’ve prepared earlier. Make sure that all the pieces are thoroughly seasoned.

Pre-heat the oven, put the bread in, and bake it until brown. Take it out, and let it cool down. If you have a microwave oven, that would work as well.
